What We Do

Seasons

We create a structured and progressive annual schedule designed to optimize performance at both the USATF Hershey Indoor Nationals and USATF Junior Olympics Games. We design fun innovative ways to train during our cross country, indoor track and outdoor track. We strive to give our youth a community and support group outside of school.

Cross Country

The cross country season begins the first week in September and ends the second Friday in November.

Indoor Track

The indoor track season begins the first Monday in December and ends the last Friday in February.

The outdoor track season begins the third Monday in March and ends the Wednesday before Memorial Day weekend.
